1. Private Seminars:

a. 30 Days Prior: If you cancel your registration 30 days before the seminar, we will provide a full refund of the seminar cost.

b. 14 Days Prior: If you cancel between 29 and 14 days before the seminar, we will refund 50% of the seminar cost.

c. Less than 14 Days: If the cancellation happens within 13 days of the seminar, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we will be pleased to transfer your ticket to our next available seminar, if applicable.

2. Tailored Business Seminars:

a. Rescheduling: For Tailored Business Seminars, we don't offer a cash refund upon cancellation. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we are willing to reschedule the seminar to a mutually convenient date.

b. Associated Costs: If the rescheduling results in additional costs, such as venue booking fees, these will be borne by your organization. We will communicate any such costs transparently and in advance.

 

Note: The cancellation should be communicated via email to our designated address. The date of the email will be used to determine the time of cancellation.
